These terms apply when you use this website or buy products and services through Dial Square Consultancy Ltd (“Dial Square”, “we”, “us”). Please read them alongside our privacy notice.

Who we are

What we do

We advise on and set up business automation, and we are the UK reseller for YourCalls.ai and S4W. When you buy one of these products through us, we arrange your account and handle your billing.

Reseller relationship

We act as a reseller. The YourCalls.ai and S4W products are built, hosted and operated by their respective providers, and your use of them is governed by those providers’ own terms and privacy policies. By buying through us you also agree to the relevant provider’s terms. We are not the operator of those platforms and are not responsible for their availability or how they perform, though we will always help where we reasonably can.

Payments

Where we resell a product, we handle the payment and billing for your subscription. Fees, billing periods and any renewal terms are set out when you sign up. Unless stated otherwise, charges are exclusive of VAT where applicable.

Our responsibility

We take care to give sound advice and to set things up properly. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for anything that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for issues caused by third-party products outside our control.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated shown above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
