This notice explains how Dial Square Consultancy Ltd (“Dial Square”, “we”, “us”) handles the limited personal data we collect. We keep this deliberately simple, because we collect very little.

Our role: reseller, not data processor

Dial Square acts as a reseller of YourCalls.ai and S4W, and we handle the payments for those products. We are not a processor or handler of the data that runs through those products. Any personal data your business or your customers put into YourCalls.ai or S4W is collected and processed by those providers under their own privacy policies, not by us.

What we collect

When you contact us through this website or by email or phone, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message. If you buy a product through us, we also handle the billing details needed to set up and charge for your subscription.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, to provide the services you have asked for, and to manage billing for any products you buy through us. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to you and running our business, or the performance of a contract with you.

Who we share it with

To set up a product you buy through us, we pass the details needed to provision your account to YourCalls.ai or S4W. To take payment, we use a payment provider that processes your billing details on our behalf. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep your details only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry, provide our services, and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then we delete them.

Cookies

This website is a simple marketing site. It does not set tracking or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just email harry@dialsquare.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
